Hillman was a large vehicle manufacturer between the wars prior to being taken over in the late 1920's.There is a possibility this vehicle may be slightly earlier than 1921 and could be an 11 hp with a 10 hp smaller 10hp engine of the same period fitted.A measure up of the engine would answer all. Produced in limited numbers circa 100-200. Factory records are scarce!
