If you require us to repair your modern car that has been accident damaged then please feel free to bring it to us for an estimate as we do fix them.
Your insurance broker may steer you towards there preferred repairer for one reason or another but it is your car and you as their client can take it where you wish. You may be asked to get two estimates, which is not really necessary and a waste of time and resource as a loss adjuster will be appointed to inspect and asses the car anyway to ensure the estimate is correct. Also with advancements in technology each vehicle model is assessed to 0.1 of an hour for repair labour times. Pictures of the damage can also be emailed directly to insurance companies and assessed there and then with authorization given via email.
